This cutscene was originally to appear in Sheriff Hot Pursuit minigame Cars TVG, but then later this was unused. It is unknown why this was unused, but this cutscene wasn't show into public. Or anywhere else. But i found this cutscene on discord "Cars Modding SuperDrive" found by "Codename470". Also i don't think this cutscene haves audio, Also i think this cutscene could have trigger like this: (NOTE: Keep in mind that this is MY OPINION HOW THIS WORKS.) This cutscene could have trigger if Sheriff busted someone else, and there we see that car person getting pull over. And that's pretty much how this could work. (In my opinion again.)
