The Carolina Raptor Center (CRC) is a non-profit sanctuary for raptors and other birds situated on 57 acres of pine-oak forest at Latta Plantation. Last year, CRC rehabilitated and released over 800 raptors, many of them brought to the Center by caring citizens. Educational programs at CRC incorporate a living museum of over 30 species of raptors and provide hands-on STEM and environmental education opportunities to over 25,000 students each year.
