This solo guitar work is distinguished by its texture of rapid arpeggios, alternating between energetic and introspective passages. Strongly driven by rhythm, it features diverse metric accents and syncopations inspired by South American musical traditions, creating a dynamic and expressive musical discourse.

Carolina Barenbaum is an Argentine musician, composer, and performer on guitar, charango, and ronroco. Her music brings together elements of Latin American folk traditions, classical music, and jazz, with a particular focus on timbral, harmonic, and rhythmic exploration. She has performed at major national and international festivals, including Guitarras del Mundo, rEstate in Ascolto, Encuentro Charango y Otras Hierbas and Charangos del Mundo. Barenbaum has released five studio albums, including three solo recordings: Inimaginario (2020), Simisonte (2021), and Tras el reflejo (2025). She is the recipient of the Composition Prize awarded by the Americas Society (NY). Her recent work Luca’s Passeggiata for guitar duo was premiered by Dan Lippel and Mak Grgić, alongside performances of other solo and chamber works

Classical guitars are our passion! We are specialized in the highest quality concert guitars as well as historic guitars from around the world. Our passion for these unique instruments and the joy to give guitarists, passionate players, and collectors the possibility to purchase their own appropriate instrument is the motivation that drives us. Another focus is to work closely with established and young, largely unknown luthiers. Together we want to develop new ideas and share experiences with our customers. We also recorded pieces for many great composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Astor Piazzolla and Isaac Albeniz (Asturias). You will also find almost all the classical music composers that wrote for the classical guitar.
