A fascinating trumpet here, Carol's twin-tube leadpipe with extra-heavy slides for the first, second and third slides yield an extremely efficient trumpet. Carol calls it a 37 type bell, I think, but to me it feels more like a 43; easy to control and with a focused, powerful tone. Very little signs of use on this trumpet; it really does appear new. I play it with the following mouthpieces: first a Monette B6S1 (a legit type mouthpiece), then with a Reeves C2J, and lastly with a Monette BLM.
Monette B6S1: 1:15
Bonanza Theme: 3:21
Reeves C2J: 5:27
Monette BLM: 7:22
Upper Register: 8:36
