Trombonist, Carol Jarvis, chats to me about the extraordinary life and death decisions she has had to make alongside whether she should tour the US with Seal and his band!

Carol is an amazing musician and has played with some of the greatest artists but one of the most incredible stories she has to tell is how she battled cancer for nine years whilst maintaining her career including touring and being flown back to the UK between gigs for blood transfusions. It hasn't stopped her from performing all over the world and she hasn't lost her beautiful smile or infectious enthusiasm for life.

My extraordinary guest continues to inspire young musicians all over with her adaptability and resilience. She really is an inspiration for us all...
