Paracyclist Carol Cooke AM was diagnosed with MS in 1998. She was told by her doctor that her life as she knew it was over.

Refusing to let MS take control of her life, Carol became a Paralympian at the age of 51, and won gold at both the London and Rio Paralympics. Now 60, Carol took on the Tokyo games.
