These tacos are the bomb dot com! here is the recipe for the marinade! if you can't get sour oranges, no worries, just use orange juice and 3 limes!
2 or 3 pounds of skirt steak
4 sour oranges(Naranja agria )
2 limes
1 tablespoon SPG( Salt, Pepper, Garlic)
1 tablespoon red pepper
1 tablespoon cumin
1 Tablespoon whole oregano
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 onion
6 cloves of garlic
marinate overnight and cook over high flames as I did in the video.
