I carry on my walk from last week's video and I discuss lots of topics whilst I walk including the effect that the current pandemic has had on my mental health. Things I plan to do to try and get myself out of this rut. In the eerie fog I stand and hear red grouse calling close by & then I come across a part of the nature reserve that I need to return to with my camera in the right conditions. Aplogies for the length of this as I seem to ramble on forever :)
