In this video, filmed at an NLP Academy New Code NLP and Coaching Course, New Code NLP co - creator Carmen Bostic St Clair talks about Coaching as an application of NLP and how her naïve questions to John Grinder in 1988 formed the basis of many of the patterns now present New Code NLP.
Carmen also talks about the application of The High Performance State, (Optimised State) in New Code NLP, as well as the importance of personal congruencey for a coach in terms of self-application.
