In this video Michael demonstrates how a client can transfer an Optimised State, to a life context where a different set of choices are desired, than are currently experienced.
An Optimised State, is built through through the variables present in the conditions of a New Code NLP Game.
New Code NLP Games have the following variables
Dominant and non dominant lateralisation
Utilisation of visual, auditory channels
Parallel processing tasks which are scalable
The Croydon Ball Game was developed by Michael Carroll and Carmen Bostic St Clair, with input from Martine Snow in the experimental stages
Instructions
1/ Coach sets the rhythm for ball catching by throwing the ball above the eye line to land in the catching proximity of the client's hands which are approximately 20 cm apart, the player catches with either hand, or both hands
2/ Once the rhythm has been set, the coach calls, instructions for catching, left, right or together
3/ Once the player has demonstrated competency with the above they lift the opposite leg to the hand they are catching with. On the together instruction, they bend their knees.
4/ The player claps after returning the ball to the coach, thus scaling up the parallel processing activities
5/ To further activate the non dominant hemisphere, the player now sings or hums, in doing so - further enhances parallel processing. You could give maths questions in this condition, even better sing the questions and the player sings their answer.
6/ The player spins their body 360 degrees, after the clap, in the direction the coach instructs.
10 minutes of successfully carrying out the conditions above and the player will be in an 'Optimised State', to be transferred by association to their selected context where alternative choices are desired.
Not all players will be able to carry out all the conditions above, motor movement, physical coordination, a level of physical fitness are variables that are unique to an individual. In some cases the parallel processing activities from the early conditions, ie 1 and 2, or 1,2 and 3 will activate the optimised state. With practice these players will develop the circuitry to be able to go through all 6 conditions, as well as further conditions the coach provides to players who are highly adept in New Code NLP games.
The Croydon Ball Game, is one of many New Code NLP formats and it is carried out within 4 step New Code Change Format
1. In this video, you saw Alexa, see and hear, the context where she was seeking different choices, from a dissociated position. It's important the player, sees and hears the triggers and current behaviours and physiology of the accompanying state, as is NOW. They make no attempt to consciously manipulate the VAK (visual, auditory and kinesthetics) inherent at the input and output stages
2/ The player walks into the context and fully associates to the VAK. In this condition they will have access to their internal representations of present state, as well as experience through association to the VAK input and output. The player, recreates the context as if it's in the now, and makes no attempt to change the VAK variables
Break State
3/ The client plays a New Code NLP Game and accesses the optimised state. In this demonstration the Croydon Ball Game.
4/ When the Optimised State, the coach manoeuvres the client to the space, where they experienced the context, condition 3 above, to link the optimised State to the input stimuli and collapse the early processing stages of the VAK context into the Optimised State
With condition 4 above, Michael manoeuvred Alexa to her context whilst she was playing the game.
Unlike Classic Code NLP, there is no mental rehearsal after the process with a future pace. A future pace operates at the behavioural level at the output stagg in human processing. The change from aNew Code Game, operates primarily at the input stage, so when the player next is in real world context the Optimised State will be activated when they experience the input stimuli.
The Optimised State, built through the neurological and cognitive variables mentioned earlier, is content free. Successful activation of the conditions can only occur when the player carries out the tasks without explicit thinking about what they are doing, There is too much occurring in different VAK channels across both hemispheres for the player to be able to think. The content free optimised state is highly generative and without exploit thinking getting in the way, the person has unconscious access to the deep vault of human assets formed through life experience, ie tacit knowledge,
Get a friend and play the game, it can be used in any context where choices from an uptime Optimised State would improve your quality of life.
