Jung devoted his whole life to trying to understand the wisdom of the dream. He dreamed and researched his own and other people's dreams. He dreamt of places he had never visited; of people he had never met; of stories he had never heard, but which other people had known.

Carl Jung spoke fearlessly about myths, dreams, the soul and God, revolutionising all ideas conceived at the time, and creating a new branch of psychology: analytical psychology.
