Real safety isn't something you post on a wall. It's something you practice.

This week, our Treecologists ran an aerial rescue drill, working through exactly how to bring a teammate safely down from the top of a tree if something ever goes wrong. Every piece of gear and every call between climbers gets tested on the ground long before it's ever needed in the air.

This is what being safe at all times looks like in practice. We train hard so our climbers can trust their gear and trust each other, no matter where the job takes them.
