It was Wednesday 10th August at 4:09pm on Shaftesbury Street, Derby.
This is part of the Shaftesbury industrial estate in Derby.
I came across this car that appeared to be having some issues as it stalled as I cam around the corner then they stalled it again so I figured I was best to overtake and get out the way but then they started it and pulled out so I followed only to then see it crash into a parked car !
At this point I decided there is no way I'm waiting for it to crash into my car so I got out of there.
I checked the MOT and Tax status online and the car that was hit had no tax.
It looked to me as though the driver was a child which is why they couldn't drive very well, kept stalling and crashed it into a parked car.
