Westmeath Rose Caoilfhinn Ní Choiligh (25) has been named the 2026 International Rose of Tralee.

Ms Ní Choiligh was presented with her sash by last year’s Rose, Laois’ Katelyn Cummins. She is the 66th International Rose of Tralee.

Hailing from the village of Emyvale, the 25-year-old shared her alopecia journey on stage on Monday night.

Speaking from MTU’s Sports Arena on Tuesday night after the announcement, she said: “I’m not usually this speechless. I’m so overwhelmed, I would not have been able to do any of this without these girls.”
