Learning how to create a morning routine IS way different than learning how to stick to your morning routine - two different skills and topics altogether. And habit building is a skill we aren’t often taught. (If we’re lucky a healthy routine gets instilled in us at a young age, but that still doesn’t teach us how to build habits or how to make a daily routine that is NEW...and when life is busier than ever.) So don’t get down on yourself if you struggle with how to stick with your goals, k? You’re human. Welcome to the club. ;)
