Learning how to create a morning routine IS way different than learning how to stick to your morning routine - two different skills and topics altogether. And habit building is a skill we aren’t often taught. (If we’re lucky a healthy routine gets instilled in us at a young age, but that still doesn’t teach us how to build habits or how to make a daily routine that is NEW...and when life is busier than ever.)
