A camcorder capable of excellent video quality is betrayed by an overly aggressive microphone gain controller, causing clipped and distorted audio.

Rather strangely, the test footage recorded by the previous owner or owners contains none of the aforementioned microphone clipping.

*The test footage was downscaled and converted to 720p 60fps.
