Yes you read correctly a press for tuna. My requested a tool to assist in dewatering canned tuna. The commercial offerings are pathetic and still require decent hand strength to operate. I played around with some different leverage ideas and then settled on a simple screw press. Constructed of stainless steel and aluminum bronze I tried to make it look visually clean and appealing. I hope you enjoy my over the top tuna press project.
