Hey guys I have a really yummy and easy baking recipe for you today. If you are like me baking is an essential part of the holidays. I love to share homemade goodies with my family and friends. Thanks so much for watching.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
14oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp peppermint extract
red food colouring
candy canes (I used mini ones and crushed them up, or you can buy baking chips at your local grocery store)
Instructions:
1. Line a 8x8" pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper
2. Combine the white chocolate chips and condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl and heat at 30 second intervals until smooth.
3. Once melted, quickly add the peppermint extract into the fudge mixture and add half of the mixture to your pan. Add a few drops of food colouring and swirl gently with a butter knife.
4. Pour remaining fudge mixture to pan and swirl a few more times do to over mix as you want swirls throughout your fudge.
5. Add your crushed candy canes to the top of mixture and refrigerate overnight.
6. Cut into squares and store in a container at room temp for up to 2 weeks.
