Unpopular Opinion, but Cancun is awful. Thats our opinion but thankfully just a short ferry ride from the Cancun Hotel zone brings to a true Mexican paradise islands, Isla Mujeres. Isla Mujeres is everything Cancun wants to be. If your a tourist visiting Mexico, you cant skip a visit to Isla Mujeres. We stayed on the Island for two nights and we definetly could have stayed longer.
