In this project I added motion control to my camera tripod. I found a NEMA 23 stepper motor and driver that had enough power to rotate the boom. I designed and 3D printed a coupler and mounting bracket as well as an electronics and Lipo battery holder. Then I used my phone connected to a bluetooth module to program start and stop points. The goal of this projects was to add some more visually interesting camera shots to my YouTube videos.
