We are a system of many, with many interest. While some of us have been actively doing plural activism on different levels, other are working on a scientific study aiming at systems. Then we also do a plural podcast.
About Session: Can you proof it?
Plural science is often an daunting to approach for systems. It is full of outright denial of plural existence, be it healthy or disordered. It can be easy to feel overwhelmed by the amount and ideas surrounding it. And yet, it can be full of helpful resources and studying the science corpus enables systems to engage in discussions on equal footing.
My talks is aimed towards systems who are interested into learning more about plural science, but feel intimidated by it. I will give a quick overview how to read scientific texts, what are typical quality markers in a text, how the current landscape of plural research looks like, what are important names in the field and I will show some papers as example.
In the end, the audience should feel inspired and empowered to go onto their own journey learning more about the science of plurality. This talk is specifically aimed at people who see themselfs as amateurs in science.

Espero que mi sesión pueda ayudar a iluminar e informar a las personas y ayudarlos a descubrir un poco más sobre ellos mismos o sus amigos y familiares. Porque aunque el TID tiene síntomas comunes, la experiencia de cada sistema es muy diferente de una persona a otra y para ayudar a las personas a no tener miedo de su singularidad y aceptarla. El hecho de que no sea como el de los demás no significa que no sea válido. Porque he notado que es un gran problema para muchas personas, especialmente cuando se trata de trastornos disociativos.

Cela prendra la forme dune discussion entre moi et Aster (derrière la chaine youtube est Aster Auriga). Nous comparerons nos expériences dans la communautés tulpa au regard des différences dans nos parcours. En effet, Aster est lhôte dun système traumagène qui pratique la tulpamancie et qui y a trouvé une forme de thérapie, là où moi, je nétais pas multiple à la base et ai commencé à pratiquer par curiosité et par attrait pour les états de conscience altérés.
Nous nous interrogerons donc enfin sur la façon dont sont perçus la tulpamancie et les gens qui la pratique dans les espaces multiples. Là où lon voit parfois des incompréhensions, du rejet voir la construction de deux communautés opposées et irréconciliables, il y a en fait des ponts. Des systèmes qui passent de lun à lautre et qui peuvent même plus trouver leur compte du coté des communautés tulpas.
