The long-awaited UP INVINCIBLE 2.5" Lift Kit for Tesla Cybertruck is finally here and now ready for customers to purchase.
After more than two years of development, testing, refining, and real-world validation, we are proud to introduce one of the most comprehensive and anticipated upgrades ever created in the UP INVINCIBLE lineup. The UP INVINCIBLE Cybertruck Lift Kit was engineered from the ground up to work with the unique architecture of the Tesla Cybertruck while delivering the capability, durability, and confidence serious owners expect.
As many Cybertruck owners are learning, lifting this truck is not as simple as making it taller. The Cybertruck already features factory air suspension, steer-by-wire, rear-wheel steering, and ride height sensors, which means any lift solution needs to work in harmony with those systems rather than against them. Our goal was to create a system that gave the truck the added clearance it needs without compromising suspension performance, handling characteristics, or compatibility with the factory systems that make the Cybertruck so advanced.
Through extensive testing, we found that the factory upper control arm can become a limitation during extreme suspension compression when the truck is driven hard off-road. In certain situations, that can lead to contact and damage. That discovery is one of the reasons this kit exists. Our solution includes high-clearance front and rear upper control arms designed to optimize range of motion while also accommodating the factory air suspension sensor positions and the large factory air springs themselves.
We also strongly believe in doing things the right way. Many current methods for “lifting” a Cybertruck rely on tricking the height sensors and forcing the factory air suspension to overextend. We do not recommend that approach. Without the proper supporting modifications, that type of setup can lead to loss of suspension droop and even catastrophic shock failure. We know because we have seen firsthand what can happen when a factory shock is overextended under extreme use.
Our 2.5" lift kit takes a different approach. It acts as a body lift spacer between the subframe and the chassis, helping deliver the clearance the truck needs while keeping the factory air suspension system intact. To support the added height, we also developed a strong underbody armor system to help protect the truck in demanding off-road environments.
As the final stage of validation, we installed our prototype lift kit on the only Cybertruck competing in the Las Vegas Mint 400 off-road race. That race pushed the truck and our engineering to the absolute limit. When an attachment pin failed on course, we learned exactly where the prototype needed improvement. With that data in hand, our engineering team created a reinforced new design, reduced component count, eliminated potential failure points, and improved serviceability in the field. For example, the latest version features a one-piece design in key areas and a bolt with over 50% greater strength.
What you are seeing now is the final production iteration of the UP INVINCIBLE Cybertruck Lift Kit. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and stainless steel, it is the ultimate solution developed through real-world testing and validated in one of the harshest off-road environments imaginable.
