Always be prepared is easier said than done. You never know what will happen on the air or what the band conditions will be, but you have to face it head on and take control. That's what I did on Sunday, June 22, 2025 during my Parks On The Air (POTA) activation at US-1737 Fort DuPont State Park @DelawareStateParks17 in Delaware City, Delaware.

ALL amateur radio operators world-wide need to know the DX CODE OF CONDUCT. It was meant for DX contacts, but it really applies to ALL aspects of amateur radio (DXing, contesting, POTA, SOTA, Field Day, special events, etc...). DON'T BE AN ALPHA HOTEL!
