Atheist: "Dead people don't come back to life."

Exactly.

That's why the resurrection of Jesus is such a big deal.

Christians are not claiming that resurrections happen every day. We are claiming that a miracle occurred in history. The disciples claimed they saw the risen Christ. They proclaimed it publicly, suffered for it, and never abandoned their testimony.

If God exists, then miracles are possible. The real question is not whether resurrections happen naturally. The question is whether Jesus rose from the dead.
