In this video, we do an experiment, and see if we can get any crema out of 9 month old Lavazza Blue Line Crema e Aroma beans. Normally, you can't. But who knows - with a freshly opened bag, a good grinder, good puck prep, and maybe a little luck, we might be able to get something out of them. Let's find out.
