In this video, I show you how I set up the Ninja AutoBarista for the first time. You need to unpack it, and relieve it of all its tape. Then, clean and fill the water tank, and prime your water filter. Set the water hardness (5 in my case), and add beans. Let the machine rinse itself. Then, start the GrindIQ feature, to have the machine auto-calibrate itself for espresso. For my machine, it took 3 shots and about 6 minutes to calibrate the first time. I tried it again off camera with a different bean, and that took 5 shots and 11 minutes, just for reference.
