Today I'm at Lynde's Restaurant & Catering in Osseo, Minnesota, attempting their Stack Challenge! Challengers have a short 20 minutes to finish 3 of their giant pancakes! Winners receive the meal for free or a shirt, and go on the wall of fame. If you are unsuccessful, you pay $12 for the meal and take home leftovers.
