Today I'm at Chelsea Tavern in Wilmington, Delaware, attempting their Chelsea Burger Challenge. Challengers have only 30 minutes to finish a giant stacked burger with bacon and cheese! There is also a large side of fries, a giant pickle, and an after dinner mint. Winners get the meal for free, a shirt, and go up on the wall of fame. If you are unsuccessful, you pay $50 for the meal and take home leftovers.
