7 POUNDS OF BBQ?! 🍖 The "Big Texan" Challenge (California Edition)
Think you can handle 7 pounds of meat and sides in under an hour? We headed to All American BBQ in West Hills, Los Angeles, to take on the "Big Texan" BBQ Challenge.
Don’t let the name fool you—this isn’t the famous 72oz steak from Amarillo! This is a California original, and it’s a total mountain of BBQ. If you win, you walk away with cash. If you lose... well, your stomach might never forgive you.
🍴 The Massive 7lb Spread:
The Meats: 1 Whole Chicken, 4 Baby Back Ribs, 1/4lb Pulled Pork, 1/4lb Tri-Tip, and 2 Hot Links.
The Sides: 1 Pint Mac & Cheese, 1 Pint BBQ Baked Beans, 1 Pint Mashed Potatoes & Gravy.
The Carbs: 2 Cornbread Muffins.
⏱️ The Rules & Stakes:
Entry Fee: $100
The 60-Minute Mark: Finish in under an hour to win $200.
The 30-Minute Sprint: Finish in under 30 minutes to win $300 PLUS a full refund of your entry fee!
The Fail: If you don't finish in 60 minutes, you’re out $100 and a whole lot of pride.
