Can one human being eat a pizza larger than most car tires? Today, we are taking on the infamous Benny’s Pizza Challenge—a food challenge so brutal it has a failure rate of over 99.9%!
The rules are simple, but the execution is legendary. I have exactly 28 minutes to completely demolish an entire 28-inch cheese pizza by myself. If I win, the pizza is free, I get an exclusive champion t-shirt, and I walk away with cold, hard cash. If I fail... well, let's just say 8 pounds of dough, cheese, and sauce is going to win.

The Goal: Consume the entire 28-inch pizza (including ALL crust) in 28 minutes or less.
The Cost: $40 upfront (plus any extra toppings, though we are sticking to cheese today!).
The Stakes: Amateurs win a $280 cash prize. Professional eaters win $100.
The Fine Print: No bathroom breaks, no vomiting (before, during, or after), and the clock starts the second I touch the pie.
🤯 WHY THIS IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE
Out of over 45,000 attempts across the Benny's chain, fewer than 10 people have ever successfully finished it. The pizza weighs a massive 7 to 8 pounds, and the real killer is the crust—it's incredibly thick, chewy, and pure doughy exhaustion for your jaw.
⏱️ MY STRATEGY
According to the competitive eating forums, the key is speed before the "wall" hits. I'm aiming to put down over half the pizza in the first 8 minutes before it gets cold and my brain realizes what I'm doing to my stomach.
