What makes an ethical accountant in what is a generally unethical financial world?

Many accountants charge high fees to maximise profit and pay their trainees low wages. Triple Bottom Line Accounting is trying to change the world of accounting by offering services to small, ethical businesses by efficiently managing tax, charging modest fees and training young people in a flexible and enabling way to become professionals who put Planet, People and then Profit first.

The idea is to create an environment with a four day week to allow time and space for professional development with an emphasis on valuing the environment. With more time, trainees and clients can be more caring, professional and progressive, putting the heart back into financial management.
