Not only its abit limited in how you can play as Cammy but unlocking her isnt straightforward either. To unlock her, you need to select M.Bison/Vega, beat Arcade Mode with a high enough score that places you in 1st place while also setting the initials as "CAM". Even if played in Versus Mode, she will not be able to be selected if either Player 1 or 2 is set to be played by the CPU in the options so she is only selectable in a PVP setting. This Sprite for Cammy actually came first in X-Men Vs Street Fighter so it was remade for Alpha 2. Her theme is a variation of her theme in the VS series.
