This video is intended for participants of Devan Bumstead's Worship Guitar Workshop held at LifeBridge Christian Church. Supplemental learning material, such as practice tracks and chord charts, are provided during each workshop session. This video provides instruction for the electric guitar part for Came To My Rescue by Hillsong United. You can also find the instructional for the acoustic part by browsing my channel.
Though there are two electric guitars in Hillsong's recording, I only demonstrate how to play the more prominent part of the two. If you do have two electric guitars, the second should come in sparingly during the verses and choruses with single note lines or swells. On the instrumental and bridge, the second guitar may want to play around with the shape of the lead line on the verses that the main guitar was playing.
