Backstory: Belle grew up in Adriatic her whole life, spending her time curled up in books. By the time she was old enough to have a job, she was approached by Gaston, the owner of the local tavern. He told her he was in need of bartenders, and giving her no option to say no, she agreed.What she got was an environment where she felt completely objectified and not viewed as a person, especially with her employer Gaston. Fed up, Belle snapped, which cost her a job; not that she minded. Eventually, she found the Siren's Song and agreed to the terms of the crew, becoming a surgeon.
