Emperor Calus once told us about the strange Darkness infused fungus known as Egregore. It apparently grows most intensely from the moment of death itself, which should become all the more concerning knowing that there's an entire planet that Calus found that was infested with Egregore. According to Calus it grew in massive forests across the planet, implying that it was home to a horrific and vicious ecosystem.
