We have a grandson who will soon be turning 16. He lives in Midland, Texas, and we live in Northern California, so we rarely get to see him. But for the last eight years or so he has been coming out every summer to visit us for a few weeks. We have taken him on road trips where he gets to see things that you can't see in Midland, Texas. This time we wend up the California and Oregon coasts, since there are no coasts in Midland. Here's a slideshow I put together of the sights.
