California lawmakers worked late into the night on several major bills, including a closely watched wildfire reform measure, a first-in-the-nation teen online safety bill and legislation targeting shock gloves. Gov. Gavin Newsom said he was not committed to signing SB 492, despite an apparent three-party agreement reached over the weekend, and did not rule out a special session.
