Some days in prison are better than others, same as anywhere else. I'm going to speak briefly about what a bad day in prison can look like. Inmates have many of the same experiences that people who aren't in prison have, they get sick, get bad news, even face their own mortality. The difference is that they do these things in an institutional environment, often on display.
