Please be kind. I an trying to do the procedure and figuring out the best way to do it plus take video plus doing things with one hand and talk at the same time. My results are not the best. Just observe one possible way to do this procedure (My interpretation really, and not observing people in the field doing this procedure. I am a medical Lab person after all...)
