Girl visits the Cell Lab at the Science Museum of Minnesota. She is spinning sheep blood to check its hematocrit, the percentage of red cells to total blood volume. She follows directions on the computer. This is not the way it is done in real life but I suppose the kids do not understand capillary action. They are using two devices not used in real life, the one to drop blood so it goes up the hematocrit tube, and the one used to hold the clay sealant
