In this video we cover five issues that my Calc AB and BC students had this week while we reviewed for the AP Calculus exam.
1) Tangent line to a curve given the differential equation.
2) Solving separable differential equations (very common on FRQs!)
3) Find the second derivative from an implicitly defined derivative. (dH/dt = H+6, etc.)
4) Finding m and b if y = mx+b is a solution to a differential equation. This is always one to look out for. Not hard, but if you’ve never done it, the process is mysterious. I use both equating coefficients and taking advantage of concavity.
5) Related rates problems that are really just chain rule problems.

I hope you find this quick review questions helpful and good luck on the AP Exam!
