LOVE when citrus is in season!! Right now, in the middle of winter, I am enjoying many citrus varieties in zone 6b! Remember, citrus trees make wonderful indoor houseplants. Mine produce great as I do not need a male and female plant as with some other fruit bearing trees. So join me as I harvest some calamondins and make a sweet treat!

1 Can 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk (I like Borden Eagle brand)
4 Egg Yolks (reserve egg whites)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Calamondin Zest
1 Pre-made OREO Chocolate Cookie Crumb Crust
