My first day in Tarrafal, Santiago, Cabo Verde.
My Airbnb was located across from the local bakery, I got breakfast in enjoyed the morning vibes of Tarrafal then I followed the route I had mapped out on google to see some sites down toward the beach, taking in the rhythm of the town along the way.
I spend a few unhurried hours by the water, watching surfers, slackliners, and the slow movement of the afternoon. A drink at the beach bar, time passing, nothing to rush.
As the day winds down, I walk back through Tarrafal and catch the sunset before heading home.
