Refreshing! But what's a Cable Theatre Club? Well here's some of the only footage of it ANYWHERE on the 'net! Seems CTC was an early cable service in the same vein as HBO. In fact, from what I've seen it seems HBO absorbed this service in spring 1979? Would make sense, the fact that there's not much online about this cable channel is jarring. Seems to have run in early cable systems located in California, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Washington, at least to the best of my knowledge
Thanks to some help from @VancesMediaTreasures I am able to deduce this: this aired on September 10, 1977 after an airing of the film "Carrie", and before an airing of the film "The Shootest". This was recorded in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, as evident by the WCCO-FM aircheck (an off-hand mention of Miss America confirms the September 10 date). Oh yeah there's a WCCO-FM aircheck on here! And a commercial for Bugsy Malone too! Super neat
