EAS? Not quite, the tones don't activate. But they really should've, since my power got knocked out because of this storm. Nevertheless, this National Weather Service scroll appears right at the beginning of this scheduled Toon In With Me recording I set for August 24, 2021! It also appeared during the The Inspector short, but A: that's super glitchy and B: copyright.
