This video contains footage of the rescue conducted by select personnel of the United States Army of prisoners of war held by the Japanese at a camp in Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija. The rescue was undertaken on the 30th of January 1945, a day before the landing of the United States 8th Army on the beaches of Nasugbu in Batangas.
