I purchased several West Coast Kitchen Freeze Dried meals recently. The Butter Chicken with Rice was my first try at their entrees.
This meal definitely is missing the richly-spiced cream and tomato sauce that butter chicken is known for. It was quite mild in spice, and I think anyone could safely eat this no matter their fear of curry. In any case, I really enjoyed this main and it really hit the spot after climbing up Prairie Mountain in Alberta
