Do not try this at home!
This is a powerful ping pong ball cannon made of a butane gas canister.
The combustion of butane gas is C4H10 + 6.5O2 = 4CO2 + 5H2O. 6.5 molecules of oxygen per molecule of butane gas are required. Since oxygen in the air is about 20%, 32.5 molecules of air per molecule of butane gas are needed, so the butane gas should be only 1/33 of the gas cylinder volume.

A mixture of gas and air at a 1:32 ratio will cause an explosion. If you put too much gas, it will be not exploded and only flow out fire.
