I made an insulation resistance meter(Megger Tester) using an old panel meter.
This instrument can accurately measure the insulation resistance of less than 10M ohm.
This is Very Cheap Insulation Tester.

5. Electric wire, Alligator clips, resistors(100kΩ, 1MΩ, 10MΩ... to correct meter)
