After a three day manhunt, federal authorities say they arrested Alvaro Flores-Barboza in Portland, Oregon...
He's accused of busting out of the ICE Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma,Washington, more than 140 miles away.
Law enforcement sources say the 24 year old is an illegal immigrant with alleged ties to violent Venezuelan street gang Tren De Aragua and was about to be deported.
ICE isn't saying how barboza managed to evade guards and scale razor wire fencing. but sources say he was badly injured and may have been trying to connect with a girlfriend.
It's unclear what side of the facility this prison break happened. but once the prisoner gets past these two fences, it's pretty much a free for all into the community.
The prison is surrounded by an industrial area with easy access to downtown Tacoma.
Earl Thomas junior says ICE agents were scouring this rail yard late wednesday evening and is relieved barboza's off the streets.
But Jeremiah West is wondering why the community wasn't notified of this escape.
West manages a supply chain company right behind the prison and says security needs to be beefed up in the area.

As for Barboza, he has a lengthy rap sheet, convicted of robbery and multiple assaults primarily in Oregon.
He's now facing new charges after this latest incident.
